Click any cell inside the PivotTable
Open the drop-down arrow next to the Row Labels or Column Labels field
Select Sort A to Z or Sort Z to A
For custom sorting, right-click a label and choose Sort
Choose More Sort Options for advanced sorting
Select ascending or descending order by the desired value field
To sort by values, click a number in the Values area and use the sort options
To sort manually, drag the items into the desired order
Refresh the PivotTable if the source data changes
Repeat the sort for each field you want to organize
