How To Prepare Chia Seeds?

Rinse the chia seeds if needed

Mix chia seeds with liquid

Stir well to prevent clumping

Let them sit for 10 to 20 minutes

Stir again after a few minutes

Use a ratio of about 1 part chia seeds to 6 to 10 parts liquid

Refrigerate if preparing ahead

Add to yogurt, oatmeal, smoothies, or pudding

Eat dry only with plenty of liquid nearby

Store prepared chia seeds in a sealed container in the refrigerator
