How to Prepare Chia?

Add chia seeds to 1 cup of water, milk, or juice

Stir well to prevent clumping

Let sit for 10 to 20 minutes

Stir again after a few minutes

Use as a pudding, topping, or drink base

Add sweeteners, fruit, or spices if desired

Store prepared chia in the refrigerator

Consume with enough liquid to avoid dryness
