1 to 2 scoops protein powder
1 cup milk or unsweetened almond milk
1 frozen banana or 1 cup ice
1/2 cup Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
1 to 2 tablespoons sweetener, optional
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
Blend all ingredients until smooth
Add more milk if too thick
Add more ice if too thin
Pour into a bowl or container
Freeze for 30 to 60 minutes for a firmer texture
Stir once halfway through freezing, if desired
Serve immediately or store frozen
