On your PS5, sign in to the PlayStation Network account that owns the games
Go to Settings
Select Users and Accounts
Select Other
Select Console Sharing and Offline Play
Select Enable on that PS5
On the other PS5, sign in with the same PSN account
Download the games from the Game Library or PlayStation Store
Switch back to your own account to play the games
Keep the owner account active on the console with Console Sharing and Offline Play enabled
Do not share your PSN password with anyone you do not trust
