Sip warm water

If constipation is present, increase fluids and fiber gradually or use an appropriate stool softener/laxative as directed
If symptoms are severe or persistent, seek medical care urgently if you have chest pain, vomiting, fever, blood in stool, severe abdominal pain, or a swollen hard belly
