Shape the mixture into crab cakes
Place the crab cakes on the prepared baking sheet
Brush or spray the tops lightly with melted butter or oil
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes
Flip the crab cakes halfway through baking if desired
Bake until golden brown and heated through
Serve warm with lemon wedges or tartar sauce
