Wash the headlights with soap and water
Dry them completely with a clean microfiber cloth
Mask the surrounding paint with painter’s tape
Apply toothpaste or a headlight cleaner to the lens
Rub the lens in small circular motions with a soft cloth
Rinse off the residue with clean water
Dry the headlights again
Apply a UV sealant or protectant
Let the sealant cure as directed
Repeat the process if the headlights are still cloudy
