How to Cook Lobster Tail Boil?

Fill a large pot with water

Add salt to the water

Bring the water to a boil

Add optional seasonings such as Old Bay, lemon, garlic, or bay leaves

Place the lobster tails in the boiling water

Boil until the shells turn bright red and the meat is opaque

Cook for about 1 to 1.5 minutes per ounce

Remove the lobster tails from the pot

Drain well

Serve with melted butter and lemon if desired
