Cook over medium heat
Stir occasionally
Cook until golden and tender, about 15 to 20 minutes
Serve immediately
Place potatoes in a steamer basket
Add water to the pot
Bring to a boil
Cover and steam until tender, about 15 to 20 minutes
Remove and season
Serve warm
