How To Cook Steelhead?

Preheat oven to 400°F

Pat steelhead dry

Season with salt, pepper, and olive oil

Place on a lined baking sheet or in a lightly oiled skillet

Add lemon slices, garlic, or herbs if desired

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the fish flakes easily

Check for an internal temperature of 145°F

Remove from heat and rest for 2 minutes

Serve immediately
