Use a saline nasal spray or rinse

Try an over-the-counter decongestant if appropriate
Try an over-the-counter antihistamine if allergies are the cause
Rest
Seek medical care if symptoms are severe, last more than 10 days, or include high fever, facial pain, or trouble breathing
