How To Do Kale Chips?

Preheat the oven to 300°F to 350°F

Wash and dry the kale thoroughly

Remove the thick stems and tear the leaves into bite-size pieces

Place the kale in a bowl

Drizzle with a small amount of oil

Toss until the leaves are lightly coated

Add salt or other seasonings if desired

Spread the kale in a single layer on a baking sheet

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes

Check often and remove when the edges are crisp but not burnt

Let the chips cool before serving
