Log in to Facebook
Go to Facebook Marketplace from the Facebook app or website
On the mobile app: tap the Menu (three lines) and select Marketplace
On the website: use the Marketplace link in the left menu or search for “Marketplace” within Facebook
If you don’t see Marketplace: update the Facebook app to the latest version
Check your account eligibility (must follow Facebook Community Standards)
Confirm your location and account details are set correctly
Ensure you’re using a supported country/region
Verify your age settings and that your account isn’t restricted
Allow Facebook to use required permissions on mobile (location, if prompted)
If prompted, complete any identity or verification steps
Search for “Facebook Marketplace” in the Facebook app search bar and open the result
