How to Get Water Out of Ear After Swimming?

Tilt your head to the affected side and gently pull the earlobe in different directions

Lie on your side with the affected ear facing down

Shake your head gently

Create a vacuum by cupping your palm tightly over the ear and pressing/releasing gently

Use gravity by jumping lightly on one foot with the affected ear tilted downward

Yawn, chew, or swallow to help open the Eustachian tube

Apply a warm compress to the ear for a few minutes

Use a hair dryer on the lowest setting, held at a safe distance
