Gather a cotton swab, aluminum foil, tape, scissors, and a pen or pencil
Wrap the tip of the pen or pencil with cotton from the swab or a small piece of soft cloth
Cover the wrapped tip with aluminum foil
Make sure the foil touches the cotton or cloth and extends to your hand
Secure the foil with tape so it stays tight
Keep the tip smooth and rounded
Test the stylus on the screen
Adjust the foil or cotton if needed
Replace the tip when it wears out
