How to Make Bundi Raita?

Whisk 2 cups thick curd until smooth

Add salt to taste

Add 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder

Add 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder

Add a pinch of black salt

Add 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves

Add 1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves

Add 1 cup boondi

Mix gently

Let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes

Serve chilled
