How to Make Chicken Lollipop?

500 g chicken wings or drumettes

1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp red chili powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp cornflour

1 tbsp all-purpose flour

1 egg

Oil for frying

Clean and trim the chicken wings into lollipop shape

Push the meat down to one end of the bone

Mix ginger-garlic paste, salt, black pepper, red chili powder, turmeric powder, soy sauce, cornflour, all-purpose flour, and egg

Coat the chicken lollipops evenly with the mixture

Marinate for 30 minutes

Heat oil in a pan

Deep fry the chicken lollipops until golden and cooked through

Drain on paper towels

Serve hot
