How to Make Chicken Pakora?

500 g chicken, cut into small pieces

1 cup gram flour

2 tablespoons rice flour

1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste

1 teaspoon red chili powder

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon coriander powder

1 teaspoon garam masala

1 teaspoon cumin powder

1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves

2 green chilies, finely chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons yogurt

Water, as needed

Oil for deep frying

Mix chicken with ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder, salt, lemon juice, yogurt, green chilies, and coriander leaves

Let it marinate for 30 minutes

Add gram flour and rice flour

Add a little water and mix to coat the chicken well

Heat oil in a deep pan

Drop small portions of the coated chicken into the hot oil

Fry until golden brown and crispy

Remove and drain on paper towels

Serve hot
