Cook 1 pound ground beef or bacon in a large skillet until browned
Drain excess fat
Add 1 chopped onion and cook until softened
Stir in 2 cloves minced garlic and cook for 1 minute
Add 2 cans baked beans
Add 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
Add 1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
Add 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Add 1/4 cup ketchup
Add 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Add 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
Add 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Add 1 teaspoon chili powder
Add salt and black pepper to taste
Stir well to combine
Simmer over low heat for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally
Serve hot
