Cut boneless chicken into bite-sized pieces
Season with salt and pepper
Dredge chicken in cornstarch or flour
Heat oil in a pan
Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked
Remove chicken from the pan
Mix lemon juice, chicken broth, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and cornstarch
Pour the sauce into the pan
Cook until the sauce thickens
Return the chicken to the pan
Toss chicken in the sauce
Garnish with lemon slices or chopped parsley
Serve hot with rice or vegetables
