Pat chicken dry
Season chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and lemon zest
Heat oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat
Add chicken to the skillet
Cook until browned on both sides and fully cooked
Remove chicken from the skillet
Add minced garlic to the skillet
Stir in lemon juice, more butter, and a little chicken broth if desired
Simmer briefly to make a sauce
Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce
Garnish with fresh parsley and extra lemon pepper seasoning
Serve hot
