Take roasted chana dal or whole gram

Remove any stones, husk, or impurities

Let the roasted gram cool completely

Grind it in a mixer or grinder to a fine powder

Sieve the powder to remove coarse particles

Grind the coarse particles again

Repeat sieving until the texture is fine

Store the sattu in an airtight container

Keep it in a cool, dry place

Use as needed for drinks, dough, or recipes
