Go to the End Portal room in a Stronghold
Find the 12 End Portal Frame blocks arranged in a 3×3 square
Collect 12 Eyes of Ender
Place one Eye of Ender into each End Portal Frame
Fill all 12 frames
Activate the portal when the center turns dark and starry
Step into the End Portal to enter the End dimension
