Place frozen salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet
Brush or drizzle the salmon with oil
Season with salt, pepper, and any desired spices
Cover loosely with foil
Bake for 15 minutes
Remove the foil
Bake for 10 to 15 more minutes, until the salmon flakes easily and reaches 145°F internally
Let rest for 2 to 3 minutes before serving
