Use Find and Replace
Press Ctrl + H
In Find what, type –
Leave Replace with blank
Click Replace All
Use the SUBSTITUTE formula
Enter =SUBSTITUTE(A1,”-“,””)
Copy the formula down
Use Flash Fill
Type the desired result in the next column
Press Ctrl + E
Use Text to Columns
Select the cells
Go to Data
Click Text to Columns
Choose Delimited
Finish the wizard
Use Power Query
Load the data into Power Query
Replace values for –
Close and load the result
