Wash your hands and dry them completely
Trim the acrylic nails as short as possible
File the top surface of the acrylic to remove the shiny layer
Soak cotton balls in acetone
Place a soaked cotton ball on each nail
Wrap each fingertip tightly with aluminum foil
Wait 20 to 30 minutes
Check one nail and gently lift softened acrylic with a cuticle pusher
Rewrap and soak longer if the acrylic is still hard
Repeat until all acrylic is removed
Buff away remaining residue gently
Wash your hands
Apply cuticle oil and hand moisturizer
