Select the rows you want to repeat as headers
Go to the Page Layout tab
Click Print Titles
In the Page Setup dialog, open the Sheet tab
Click the Rows to repeat at top box
Select the header rows on the worksheet
Click OK
Print or use Print Preview to confirm the headers repeat on each page
