Turn off the vehicle and headlights
Open the hood
Locate the headlight assembly
Remove any access cover or dust cap
Disconnect the electrical connector
Release the bulb retaining clip or twist the bulb socket free
Remove the old bulb
Avoid touching the new bulb glass
Insert the new bulb into the socket or housing
Secure the retaining clip or twist the socket into place
Reconnect the electrical connector
Reinstall the access cover or dust cap
Test the headlights
Close the hood
