Store them in the refrigerator crisper drawer

Use within 3 to 5 days for best freshness
For longer storage, blanch the beans first
Cool blanched beans quickly in ice water
Dry them thoroughly before freezing
Pack them in airtight freezer bags or containers
Remove as much air as possible before sealing
Label with the date before freezing
Freeze for up to 8 to 12 months
