How to Tape Tennis Elbow?

Clean and dry the skin on the forearm

Cut a strip of athletic tape long enough to wrap around the upper forearm

Place the tape around the forearm about 1 to 2 inches below the elbow crease

Wrap the tape snugly but not tightly

Keep the elbow slightly bent while applying the tape

Apply a second strip if needed for extra support

Avoid wrapping so tightly that it causes numbness, tingling, or color changes

Remove and reapply if the tape becomes loose or uncomfortable
