Place the brace on your forearm, not directly on the elbow joint
Position the strap about 1 to 2 inches below the painful area
Center the pad over the forearm muscles
Wrap the brace snugly around the forearm
Tighten it enough to feel support, but not so tight that it causes pain, numbness, or tingling
Make sure you can still move your fingers comfortably
Wear it during activities that trigger pain
Remove it if it becomes uncomfortable or restricts circulation
Adjust the fit as needed throughout the day
