How to KT Tape Ankle?

Clean and dry the skin

Sit with the ankle at a 90-degree angle

Cut one long strip and two shorter support strips

Round the tape edges

Anchor the first strip on the outside of the foot

Bring the tape under the heel and up the inside of the ankle

Apply light stretch through the middle

Leave the ends with no stretch

Add a second strip from the inside of the foot under the heel and up the outside of the ankle

Add a third strip around the ankle for extra support if needed

Rub the tape to activate the adhesive

Check that circulation is normal and the tape is not too tight
