Inspect the fuel pump wiring and connectors
Check for blown fuses or damaged relays again after testing
Scan for diagnostic trouble codes
Command the fuel pump on with a scan tool if available
Check fuel pump current draw with an ammeter
Inspect the fuel filter and fuel lines for restriction
Verify fuel tank level is adequate
Replace the fuel pump if pressure, flow, or electrical tests fail
