Wash your hands before handling the liner
Remove the liner from the wrapper
Peel off the adhesive backing
Place the sticky side inside your underwear
Center the liner where you need coverage
Press it down firmly so it stays in place
Wear it with snug-fitting underwear for better hold
Change it every few hours or when it feels damp
Remove it by peeling it off gently
Dispose of it in the trash
Do not flush it down the toilet
Replace it with a fresh liner as needed
Use a liner only for light discharge, spotting, or backup protection
Stop using it if it causes irritation and switch to a different product
