Mark the mounting location on the wall or ceiling
Drill a hole sized for the toggle screw or anchor
Assemble the toggle if required
Insert the toggle through the hole
Tighten the screw until the toggle opens behind the surface
Pull gently to confirm the toggle is seated
Place the item or bracket over the screw
Tighten the screw to secure the object
Do not overtighten
Remove by loosening the screw and pulling the toggle back through the hole
