Open the staple gun magazine or latch
Pull out the staple pusher or spring-loaded follower
Insert the correct staple strip into the magazine
Place the staple strip with the legs facing down
Slide the pusher or follower back into place
Close and lock the magazine or latch
Test the staple gun on scrap material before use
