How to Make White Icing?

2 cups powdered sugar

2 to 3 tablespoons milk or heavy cream

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Beat the butter until smooth

Add the powdered sugar gradually

Add the milk or cream one tablespoon at a time

Mix in the vanilla extract and salt

Beat until smooth and fluffy

Add more powdered sugar to thicken

Add more milk or cream to thin

Use immediately or store covered until ready to use
