Quit all open apps
Open Finder
Click Go in the menu bar
Select Go to Folder
Type `~/Library/Caches`
Press Return
Open each cache folder
Delete the contents inside the folders
Empty the Trash
Repeat for `/Library/Caches` if needed
Open Finder
Click Go in the menu bar
Select Go to Folder
Type `/Library/Caches`
Press Return
Open each cache folder
Delete the contents inside the folders
Empty the Trash
Restart your Mac
Clear browser cache in Safari, Chrome, or Firefox if needed
Clear app-specific caches if needed
