How to Cook Longganisa?

Heat a nonstick pan over medium-low heat

Add the longganisa to the pan

Pour a small amount of water into the pan, about 1/4 cup

Cover the pan and let the water simmer until it evaporates

Uncover the pan and let the longganisa continue cooking in its own fat

Turn the longganisa occasionally until browned on all sides

Cook until fully done and the internal temperature is safe

Serve hot with rice and eggs if desired
