Preheat the oven to 400°F
Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper
Place the Italian sausages on the baking sheet in a single layer
Leave space between the sausages
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes
Turn the sausages halfway through cooking
Check that the internal temperature reaches 160°F for pork sausage or 165°F for chicken or turkey sausage
Remove from the oven
Let rest for a few minutes before serving
