Slice the Chinese sausage thinly or diagonally
Steam whole sausages for 10 to 15 minutes until heated through
Pan-fry slices over medium heat until lightly browned and fragrant
Stir-fry with vegetables, rice, or noodles until cooked through
Add to rice cooker rice during the last 10 to 15 minutes of cooking
Bake at 375°F until hot and slightly crisp on the outside
Grill over medium heat, turning occasionally, until browned
Serve with steamed rice, eggs, or greens
