Plug the washing machine into a power outlet
Turn on the water supply valves
Open the washing machine lid or door
Load the clothes into the drum
Add detergent to the detergent compartment or directly into the drum if required
Select the wash cycle and settings
Close the lid or door
Press the Start or Power button
Wait for the cycle to finish
Remove the clothes after the cycle ends
