Turn off the washing machine
Unplug the machine from the power outlet
Wait 1 to 5 minutes
Plug the machine back in
Turn the machine on
Select the desired cycle again
Press Start or Start/Pause
Close the lid or door firmly if needed
Check that the water supply is on if the machine does not start
Reset the machine using the control panel if your model has a reset option
