Enter your data into two separate columns or ranges
Click the Data tab
Click Data Analysis
Select t-Test: Paired Two Sample for Means, t-Test: Two-Sample Assuming Equal Variances, or t-Test: Two-Sample Assuming Unequal Variances
Click OK
Set the Variable 1 Range
Set the Variable 2 Range
Set the Hypothesized Mean Difference
Set Labels if your ranges include headers
Set Alpha
Choose an Output Range or New Worksheet Ply
Click OK
Read the t Stat and P(T<=t) values in the output
Compare the p-value to your significance level
Use the p-value to decide whether to reject the null hypothesis
