Fill the water reservoir with cold water
Place a coffee filter in the brew basket
Add ground coffee to the filter
Close the brew basket
Place the carafe on the warming plate
Turn the coffee maker on
Wait for the brew cycle to finish
Remove the carafe carefully
Serve the coffee
Turn off the machine when finished
Clean the brew basket and carafe after use
