Turn on the device you want to program
Press and hold the Setup button until the red light stays on
Press the device button you want to program, such as TV, DVD, or AUX
Enter the correct GE universal remote code for your device
Point the remote at the device
Press the Power button to test the code
If the device turns off, press the Enter button to save the code
If the device does not respond, repeat the steps with the next code
Use the Code Search method if you do not have a working code
Press and hold Setup until the red light stays on
Press the device button
Press Power repeatedly until the device turns off
Press Enter to save the code
Test the remote functions after programming
Repeat the process for each additional device
