Clear the garage completely
Sweep and vacuum all dust and debris
Degrease the floor and scrub oil stains
Repair cracks, pits, and damaged areas
Etch or grind the concrete surface
Rinse thoroughly and let the floor dry completely
Test for moisture before applying epoxy
Tape off walls, trim, and edges
Mix the epoxy according to the manufacturer’s instructions
Apply the epoxy primer if included
Pour epoxy onto the floor in sections
Spread it evenly with a roller or squeegee
Work in small areas to maintain a wet edge
Add decorative flakes if desired
Apply a second coat if required
Apply a clear topcoat if included
Allow proper curing time before walking on it
Wait the full cure time before parking vehicles on it
Keep the garage ventilated during application and curing
Clean tools immediately after use
