1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 to 3 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 small garlic clove
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 to 4 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Add chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and cumin to a blender or food processor
Blend until smooth
Add water a little at a time until desired consistency is reached
Taste and adjust salt or lemon juice if needed
Serve with olive oil, paprika, or chopped parsley
