How To Prepare Banana Chips?

Choose firm, unripe green bananas

Peel the bananas

Slice them thinly and evenly

Soak the slices in salted water or turmeric water for a few minutes

Drain and pat the slices dry

Heat oil in a deep pan

Fry the slices in batches until crisp and golden

Remove and drain on paper towels

Sprinkle salt or seasoning if desired

Let the chips cool completely before storing

Store in an airtight container
